About Bible Believers Outreach

Bible Believers Outreach is a ministry of Calvary Baptist Church in Monticello, Florida. The ministry was founded by the late Chaplain Ted Warmack who served as a chaplain for the Leon County Jail in Tallahassee, Florida for twenty five years. As a correspondence ministry we provide the Bread of Life Study course free of charge to those that are currently incarcerated and would like to study the scriptures and grow in their Christian faith. A certificate of completion is awarded each student who completes the course in its entirety.

If you or your church has a jail or prison ministry, and would like to offer this course, please request a free pack of the Bread of Life request cards. Bread of Life books will only be sent to inmates who personally write and request a copy.

About Chaplain Ted Warmack

Ted L. Warmack was born again on November 21, 1980. Prior to his conversion to Jesus Christ, he lived a full and varied life. He had been described by some as being aroughneck while his own description waswild and crazy. He was a former Marine, worked in the power line construction field, was a training instructor for a Sheriff’s riot squad, and worked in financial services. He was a private pilot as well as a certified diver; and was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Brother Warmack served as a full-time Chaplain for 25 years at Leon County Jail in Tallahassee, Florida. He received a Doctor of Divinity degree from Pensacola Bible Institute. He also founded Bible Believer’s Outreach – a correspondence ministry to teach inmates the Bible. He was the author of several books covering basic and advanced Christian doctrines. Brother Warmack was a faithful member of Calvary Baptist Church in Monticello, Florida. He went home to be with the Lord in 2018, but the ministry of Bible Believer’s Outreach continues by the prayers and support of God’s people.
